Trouble Ticket Service: Case Management Service states requests, problems, and incidents claimed by the customers. 

 

Ticket Core Service: The DCASE module provides a platform to create and manage Trouble Tickets.

 

Ticket SLA Service: Manages Ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitors the status of incidents and requests to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels.

 

Notification Service: In DCase, notifications are automatically sent for ticket updates or actions needed from users.

 

Authentication Service: Within the DCase case management platform, authentication is managed through the rule module.

 

Workflow Service: Within the DCase case management platform, workflow specifications are managed through the rule module.

 

Activity Management Service: Within the DCase case management platform, activities are managed through the rule module.
